Endless liner filling head: closed powder filling up to OEB 5

The HECHT endless liner filling head is a closed-system transfer component for filling powders into endless liners. It is mainly used to fill drums, cartons and other containers in pharmaceutical production, with containment up to OEB 5.
How it works
A folded continuous film allows closed filling and closed film replacement. The liner is formed in a drum or carton, inflated with slight overpressure and then filled. Up to 50 m of film fits on a film carrier.

Throughput: up to 100 kg/min (compact variant 50 kg/min, dual-port variant 2 x 50 kg/min)

Cleaning: CIP compatible, 15 to 20 minutes per cycle
Compliance: GMP Annex 1 compliant and validatable per GAMP 5
Why it matters
Less product residue, less cross-contamination and shorter cleaning time. The film can be changed without contaminating the environment. The head works with HECHT dosing gates, dosing columns and samplers.
